Hey Guys and Gals, Im moving my blog to https://connie666.blogspot.com/ Visit and subscribe! See you there!

I am feeling tired today and a little bit headache, Still, I sit back at my work desk and start writing this article.

I ask myself, what pushed me to continue writing when I'm feeling unwell? What motivates me?

I recalled a conversation I had with my friend, she is making 6 figure in her job. And another 6 figure on the side tutoring students. She works day and night. When I ask her why she's working so hard, she answered "Making money is my hobby."

That answer stuck with me for a long time, I was surprised she would answer like this.. Many people say they want more money. Most of them don't really try hard enough to get it. They are just verbally loving money.

My friend is using maybe not a very smart way to make money. She is physically saving her time. She works long hours.

When I asked her whether she needs entertainment to relax after work, she striked me with another inspiring answer "I have a money goal that i need to achieve. And I enjoy making money. Making money is my entertainment."

Perhaps you would argue between health and money. You would rather choose health. And that's why you refuse to work long hours for money. Well, that's smart (if you can make multiple six figures without working too many hours) . And that's nothing wrong with the choices that you made. Yet next time you need to stop asking about why other people are making more money than you.

Since my friend has to work long hours, she does have a bunch of healthy tools that keeps her physically strong Including some herbal tea, a massage Cushion behind her back etc. And she goes to gym twice a week (yes she still has time).

She made me feel a little bit ashamed of myself, because I tend to chill after work.

I am not here to promote or encourage you to work longer hours.. I myself is not a person who work long hours, but her attitude of doing whatever she can to reach her money goal is respectable.

I'm not the type of person who work very hard- in my student years, I never once studied overnight and in my whole career until now, .I have only worked overnight once. Nevertheless, I am still able to achieve reasonably satisfying results.

And perhaps a reasonably satisfying result is why I kept stuck at my current level and am not more wealthy yet.

And my friend's answer compelled me to reflect on myself whether I am having too many excuses on making money. While I say I I would love to have more money. I would love to be richer, my actions are not following my thoughts. Same for many others.

We are a giant verbally, but our actions are weak.

So tonight, although I'm feeling tired and having a little bit harder, I decided to share article with you and hope you find it inspiring as well.
