This article is extracted from my journal directly — it is a real life example of how I write to get out of stress and discover my subconscious thoughts and able to alter it consciously — all done with a pen and a notebook.

Pls enjoy.

(excerpt)

I feel stressed today.

There are just too many projects and im not getting enough support from my team .

Truth is: I created this stress myself.

I didn’t do much, in fact I’m not the one doing the work, but I still need to follow up and have meetings with the clients.

Financially I’m doing well, but I’m not happy because I want larger portion of time for focus.

Yet I’ve tried it before. I had seven days fully at home and on day one, I can still be productive and focus on work.

On day three, I did 50% work and 50% chilling / reading novels. On day 4, 70% chilling.

On day 5, 100% no work. That could be because at that time I was still working in a full time day job.

And that seven days is a rare chance for me to really well rest and enjoy a relatively long holiday.

So subconsciously, I want to rest more than work (on my business).

If I’m given a chance to go full time im business I guess it would also take some clients to push me to work otherwise I would prefer reading novels or reading some books and maybe writing a little bit and sharing without expectations.

Wait….. Did I just want some clients to push me to work?

Did i think its a discipline issue? (side note: see this is the power of writing, you can “see” and notice your subconscious thought! “)

It should not be a discipline issue.

That was my brain playing a trick on me.

The brain is telling me to work hard in order to make more money or not to make money.

That’s not true. Hard work is useless.

Maybe not useless, but this is the low threshold.

If working hard makes rich people then many grassroots people who work the hardest, work the longest hours per day would be the riches and the economic pyramid would be converted.

Obviously, that’s not true.

So we shouldn’t believe in our brain trying to tell us the “rule” (that’s not truth) coming from the ancient generation or the society norm that is we need to work hard for money.

Truth is: I don’t need to work hard for money.

The less I work, the more I make.

And I have to believe this as true so it to work for me and reflect in my world because the creation power is turning what we believe to be true into happenings and arrangements in the world.

I can work less and still make more money.

P.S. want to be guided in clearing virus in the brain and creating abundance? I was broke 2 years ago and in just 2 years I went from near $0 to $1m +. I didn’t work harder, I created this.
