Doesn’t want to rely on one income source?

Hi medium fam,

Just helped one of my friends to gain clarity on the offerings today

he s still working in 9-5 but

really doesnt want to rely on one income source

So he wants to build income outside of career

He is a good artist and can paint really well. His only concern with it is that he know it's not super scalable and feel like demand isn't there really with ai.

He works in marketing and is very knowledgeable on that but feels like it's such a saturated thing with everyone offering freelance stuff, kind of want something else that can set him apart and really grow.

That being said though he knows how to market and advertise effectively, so anything he starts he knows he can get awareness for.

Other random interests he has (though honestly doesn't have to be related to these things at all): biking/ cycling, his dog , art, health journey stuff, keto/ low carb lifestyle, comfortable but cute fashion, jewelry, real estate.

Lol multi passionate like me (could be risks for shiny object syndrome too lol)
